Had an excellent experience buying from emado online! They provided plenty of detailed photos and information, making it easy to know exactly what I was getting. The bike was packed extremely well and arrived quickly in perfect condition. I also really appreciated that the bike had already been put through the bike register checker. First of, the customer service is truly amazing! They were super forthcoming and made sure I understood the bike is re-owned. Bike sent via curier and is in excellent condition, the packaging made sure nothing got damaged in transit. Seriously good price for a bike that's essentially brand new, couldn't be happier!!
