This covers the full cleaning of your bike, a Silver Package service, professional photos and videos, and our complete sales service.
We charge this fee because we only sell tested, serviced, and fully functional bikes through eMado. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.

This covers our post-sale responsibilities, including warranty support, payment processing fees, packaging, courier charges, and other after-sale costs.
