Warranty
USED BIKES WARRANTY TERMS
We provide a standard 3-month warranty with every bike we sell, ensuring your peace of mind during the purchase. Any parts that we fit newly during the servicing process come with a 6-month warranty. You will receive a written report of all newly installed parts on your bicycle.
The warranty covers the following details:
- Mechanical malfunctions occurring with the bicycle or its components, except those caused by abusive use (please see exclusions listed below) .
- The components for fixing the problems at hand.
- All the labour needed to restore the bike to its full working order.
Exemptions from warranty coverage include:
1. Issues caused by regular use, like tire problems, punctures, bent rims, bearing issues, etc.
2. Any issues that may arise as a result of improper assembly, performed after the bike has been purchased. Some commonly disregarded issues include:
- Cosmetic damages to the frame and bike components
- Cross-threaded bolts on the stem, handlebar or any other components
- Incorrect pedal installation leads to pedal shearing off.
- Damages occurred due to incorrect installation of chainset / crankset.
- Cross threading or excessive tightening.
3. We do not cover any damages to the frame caused by incorrect assembly, including the bottom bracket thread and other threaded areas in the frame.
4. We always conduct checks and provide eventual servicing for chains and cassettes if needed. However, it should be noted that normal use may cause wear and tear on chains and cassettes, which is not covered by warranty.
5. Problems that arise due to loose wheel nuts or wheel quick releases or thought axle
6. Warranty claim may be denied if damage to the bicycle's components or frame arises from abusive use, accident, bike fall, aggressive riding or participation in professional or semi-professional sports.
Other Terms:
- Starting from the date of purchase, the warranty is valid for 3 months.
- To complete any warranty-covered work, the bike must be returned to us.
- If it's possible, we may offer in-home repair in some scenarios.
- The warranty doesn't cover any work by a third party, unless there's prior written agreement. It is our policy to not reimburse any work unless there is a prior written agreement for the work to be done and the total cost of repairs. Our company will not cover any damages caused by inadequate repairs.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
In the event that the bike cannot be fully restored, a full refund or suitable replacement will be offered.
