6. Damage caused by abusive use, accidents, falls, crashes, aggressive riding, racing, jumping, commercial use, or participation in professional or semi-professional sports.

Battery Care
The battery must be charged only with the supplied or manufacturer-approved charger and stored in a cool, dry location. Do not use, charge, or attempt to repair a battery that is damaged, swollen, leaking, overheating, or otherwise unsafe.
Battery performance varies with age, temperature, terrain, rider weight, assistance level, and riding style. A reduction in range alone is not necessarily a defect and is often a result of these external factors.
Warranty Claims and Repairs
- Validity: The warranty begins on the date of purchase and remains valid for the applicable warranty period stated above.
- Inspection: To arrange warranty work, the bicycle must normally be returned to us for inspection and repair.
- In-Home Service: Where practical, we may offer an in-home repair service in some specific scenarios.
- Third-Party Work: We do not cover repairs, labour, parts, or costs incurred through third parties unless we have provided prior written approval for both the work and the total cost.
- Unauthorized Repairs: We are not responsible for, and will not cover, any damages caused by inadequate or unauthorised repairs carried out by a third party.
Exchanges and Refunds
In the event that the bike cannot be fully restored to working order, a full refund or a suitable replacement will be offered.
