REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. But the warranty terms will still apply.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it meets the return and refund conditions.
You must provide proof of purchase and signed bike check sheet you received during purchase to be eligible for a refund.
Please fill in our returns form to help us process your return as fast as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a minimum £60 (or minimum 10%) fee for returning a bike that is either the wrong size or simply unwanted. For this reason, we highly recommend reading the item description carefully and contacting us if you have any doubts or need further clarification before making a purchase. Original shipping and packaging costs (if has been paid by the buyer) are non-refundable.
For items purchased with the FREE shipping option, the actual shipping and packaging costs we paid will be deducted from your refund. As a business, we incur costs for "free shipping," so it's not actually free.
Shipping charges already paid are also non-refundable if a return is made for any of the reasons stated above.
Additional signs of use or damage during your use may lead to a further reduction in your refund, especially if the value of the second-hand bike decreases.
Any returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping and packaging costs if the decide to return the item by courier..
The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damage during return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Therefore, we strongly recommend take extra care during the packing and purchasing shipping insurance to protect against potential damage.
Once we have received and examined the bike, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair if needed.
We will only issue a refund or replacement after inspecting the bike, which may take up to 2 working days.
Refunds will only be issued once we have received and inspected the goods.
If the returned bicycle does not meet the conditions, the refund amount may be reduced or denied.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In the event of any dispute, please promptly contact us via phone or email. We are committed to helping our customers with any problems they have.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or for any other valid and significant reason. If you need to exchange it for another bike, contact us via email or phone.
