- What types of bikes do you sell?

We specialise in high-quality, pre-owned mountain bikes, typically less than 3 years old. All bikes are carefully selected for condition and spec, and are fully serviced before sale.

Our stock mainly includes:

- What condition are the bikes in?

Our core range features carefully selected used bikes, but from time to time, we also stock brand-new models when available. To help you understand the state of each bike, we list them under one of the following categories based on their age, cosmetic wear, and component condition:

- New: Never unused second-hand bikes.
- Like New: In pristine condition, often showing little to no signs of previous use.
- Excellent: Very well-maintained with only minimal cosmetic marks.
- Very Good: Fully functional and high-performing, with some minor cosmetic wear from regular riding.


For full transparency, every bike listing includes detailed photos, a walk-around video, and a comprehensive spec list, so you know exactly what you are buying. Regardless of the cosmetic grade, every bike is fully inspected, serviced, and ready to hit the trails the moment it arrives.

- Can I view or test ride a bike before buying?

Yes, absolutely! Viewings and test rides are welcome at our showroom in Doncaster. Because we are not a stationary retail store, all visits must be made by prior appointment only.

- Do you offer delivery?

Yes—we provide fast and reliable delivery options across the UK to suit your needs.

1. Tracked Courier Delivery (Boxed) Most bikes are shipped via FedEx or another specialist courier in a secure bike box.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 Business Days.
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 Business Days.
  • Northern Ireland & Remote Regions: May take slightly longer.

Assembly Note: To fit in the box, bikes are partially dismantled (front wheel, handlebars, and pedals removed). We provide clear assembly instructions to get you on the trail quickly.

2. OUR Local Delivery (Fully Assembled) If you are located within 80 miles of Doncaster, we can offer our own delivery service.

  • Benefit: The bike arrives fully assembled and ready to ride.
  • Coordination: We will contact you directly to arrange a specific delivery date.
  • Requirement: The person who placed the order must be present to sign for the bike upon arrival.

3. Fully Assembled - Tracked Courier Shipping For specific orders, such as electric bikes or upon request, we can use specialist couriers to deliver a fully assembled bike nationwide. This typically takes 4–5 working days.

Shipping Rates: All rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value, location, and chosen delivery method. You will receive tracking details the moment your bike is dispatched.

- What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a wide range of secure and flexible payment options to help you get your new bike on your terms:

  • Standard Payments: We accept all major credit and debit cardsbank transfers, and PayPal (including Pay in 3 or PayPal Credit).
  • Financing & Instalments at Checkout: Choose to spread the cost over 3, 6, or 12 months directly at checkout (interest may apply).
  • Extended Terms: Instalment plans of up to 24 months are available—please contact us for more information on how to apply.
  • Klarna: We offer "Buy Now, Pay Later" through Klarna. This is generally suitable for bikes priced under £1,400 due to Klarna’s standard limits.
  • In-Person Collections: If you are visiting our unit, we accept cash, card payments, or bank transfers.
  • Reservations: To secure a bike, we can send you a secure payment link for a card deposit or provide bank details for a transfer.
- Can my bike be delivered fully built?

Yes, we can deliver your bike fully assembled and ready to ride straight to your door! 

This service is perfect if you want to skip the unboxing and technical setup—no packaging to dispose of and absolutely no assembly required.

  • Free Local Delivery: We offer this service for FREE within 30 miles of Doncaster (minimum order of £600.00).
  • Wider Coverage: For areas further away, a fully built delivery option is available. The specific cost for your location will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery Window:

  • 1–3 Business Days if delivered directly by our eMado team.
  • 3–5 Business Days if sent via a specialist third-party tracked courier service (for deliveries over 80 miles of Doncaster)

Because the bike is delivered by our team or specialist couriers, we will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth hand-off and a convenient delivery window.

- Can I reserve the bike?

Yes, we can hold a bike for you! We offer flexible reservation options ranging from 48 hours to 14 days (with a maximum limit of 21 days) to ensure you don't miss out on the perfect ride.

  • Under 48 Hours: Contact us, and we can often hold a bike for a short window without a deposit while you arrange your viewing.
  • Long-Term Reservations (Over 48 hours): To secure a bike for a longer period, we require a deposit.

- Deposit Amount: This ranges between 5% and 20% of the bike's value, depending on the duration of the hold.
- Payment: The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of your reservation request via a secure payment link (card payment) or bank transfer.

Important: We are unable to reserve any bike for longer than 21 days.

- Can I collect the bike in person?

Definitely! You are more than welcome to collect your bike directly from our unit in Doncaster.

As a bonus, we offer a special Collection Discount when you pay and collect in person:

  • £50 Discount on all bikes with a value over £1,000.
  • £100 Discount on all bikes with a value over £2,000.

- Do you offer part exchange or trade-ins?

Yes, we do! We are happy to accept high-quality mountain bikes as a trade-in against any of our available stock. This is a great way to lower the cost of your next bike while saving you the hassle of selling your old one privately.

- What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days, provided the bike is unused and in the same condition as when delivered. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the bike is faulty.
